All-Action Wrestling started from humble beginnings in 2005, mainly as a training school for local talent. Once enough talent had been trained up, shows were promoted and booked, and the AAW Action debuted on March 4, 2006.
Over the years, wrestlers have come and gone but the feeling has stayed the same, that of a family, working together to achieve a common goal, to improve themselves and All Action Wrestling and help the company be all that it can be.
Wrestlers from AAW have performed around Australia, and national and international talent has wrestled at AAW on several occasions.
While the Action Zone, where AAW events are held, the talent, and AAW itself has undergone a number of changes over time, it has remained dedicated to putting on high-quality events, always entertaining for the fans to watch.
Near the end of 2007, AAW became affiliated with the prestigious American Wrestling Association (AWA) All-Stars, becoming the first ever Australian affiliate, and having a new championship title created, the AWA Australian Championship.
